We are seeking financial assistance to support Greenwich para-swimmer Sam Pratt, who developed a serious neurological condition while training at the Australian Institute of Sport and has now spent more than three months in hospital. The condition has had a profound impact on Sam, creating an urgent need for modifications to her home to improve accessibility, safety and independence upon her return home. This grant would help ease the financial burden of these essential changes, enabling Sam to focus on her rehabilitation, wellbeing and continued involvement in the sport she loves. By supporting her during an incredibly challenging time, Rotary can make a meaningful difference and demonstrate the compassion and practical assistance that lies at the heart of our service.
