Description:
Supplying back packs to children from babies to16 year olds who are moved into foster care with little or no notice. These back pack are tailored by age group and gender. They contain toiletries, underwear, pyjamas, a cuddly toy, books, activity packs and stationary for school which are age appropriate. In the New England alone there are approximately 350 new cases per year. We aim to cover the essentials children will need on going into care. The back packs will be supplied to agencies who place the kids in foster homes. Agencies have confirmed to us their enthusiasm for this project which was initiated in 2020 by a 9 year old Walcha boy named Simon. We aim to make this an ongoing project.

Tax Deductibility:
Rotary Australia Benevolent Society (Managed by RAWCS) has Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) registration and has been listed as a Charitable Fund so we can accept tax deductible Donations from individuals or organisations.
