The area of assistance for this project and other projects is in villages surrounding the City of Bali, Denpasar. The RAWCS money from our Club was added to a Global Grant and money from the Rotary Club of Bali Taman to provide a water pumping and distribution system to enable the village of Puseh in Kintamani to receive water to their village. Puseh is a village of 650 people who previously had to carry water by hand up to where they lived, a distance of some kilometres. They now have water from a storage well pumped through piping to a large storage tank in their village enabling them to have a steady supply of fresh water.
