Description:
SchoolKit provides a handmade backpack and uniform for a child struggling to afford schooling in Goma, DR Congo. These school backpacks and uniform kits will be prepared by Mama Wimbi and SewAid a small co-operative assisting a group of abandoned mothers and internally displaced persons to become truly independent. The project will be supported by Solidarite Bonne Volonte, a locally registered charity in Goma. This project will equip children to receive further education and provide those in the sewing co-operative with employment skills.

Tax Deductibility:
Rotary Australia Overseas Aid Fund (Managed by RAWCS) has Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) registration and has been listed as a Charitable Fund so we can accept tax deductible Donations from individuals or organisations.
